In London this time. According to the source, Biel wore a Giambattista Valli dress. The dress is pretty, but it's slightly sheer so a bit risky. Also, the frizzy hair is not doing anything for her. Her day look was wonderful though! Love the pistachio colour of her skirt and alsooo love the layered necklaces.
