Antonio Berardi is having a great red carpet season, and deservedly so.
Nicole Richie looked very elegant in a Spring 2011 gown by the designer, at the ACE Awards in NYC.
She wore the strong-shouldered gown that had a plunge neck & side split with an elegant updo, and a black clutch.
