Jessica Biel attended the Charity:Ball Benefiting Charity:Water event in NYC, wearing a black dress by Valentino.
The beaded, lace dress is a little underwhelming, especially after seeing Jessica in a stunning Spring 2012 dress last week (click here).
Her straight hairstyle didn't do anything for the look either.
