Jessica Simpson donned a Dolce & Gabbana dress for the 2012 NBC Winter TCA Press Tour All-Star Party in California.
The new mentor on 'Fashion Star' proudly showed off her baby bump in the strapless, sparkly black dress that she wore with cap toe pumps.
