Lea Michele turned up to the 2012 Elle Women in Hollywood in a Zimmerman dress.
In the past, Lea has worn a sheer, lace black dress before to much better effect. On this occasion, I couldn't get past her orange tan which was unfortunately highlighted because of the sheer, striped skirt on the dress.
The hair and make-up felt garish too. Overall, not Lea's night.
