She didn't win the Best Actress gong at this year's awards, but two-time winner (previously) Sally Field took home half the award for the most dramatic dress this year (Amy Adams owns half of it).
Her red Valentino Fall 2012 Couture gown was magnificent, to be frank. The colour, the train, the ruffles, it was all worthy of the function. Sally looked comfortable wearing it too, and finished off her look with a glamorous updo.
