The doe eyed actress, who sported freshly dyed blonde locks, wore a dress by Valentino. I'm averse to the feather sleeves but other than this, it's an alright look for her. I think that part of me just wants to see Anne embrace a bright colour, have long hair and go back into her princess mode.
