2013 Couture Council Awards

Hilary Swank, along with Victoria's Secret Angels, Lily Aldridge and Doutzen Kroes, attended the Couture Council of The Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology hosted luncheon in NYC on Wednesday.

They were there to honor American icon - Michael Kors.  All wore dresses by him, naturally.

Lily wore a candy pink and beige, full sleeve top and a skirt with a leg slit from the Resort 2014 collection.  I loved the sleek hair, white sandals and minimalism here.

Doutzen kept things very natural and simple in a leopard print chiffon dress that she paired with Celine cuff sandals.  A little effort with the hair and make-up would not have gone amiss here I think.

Hilary Swank was colorful in a turquoise, printed frock that she wore with black strappy sandals.

Hilary Swank in Valentino - 2013 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Two time Oscar winner Hilary Swank made a grand entrance at the 2013 Oscars after party.

Her red, chiffon silk gown from the ever popular Valentino Spring 2013 Couture collection took up everyone's attention and space on the floor. 

She looked good though, with her hair in waves and sparkling earrings.

Salvatore Ferregamo Resort 2013 Presentation

Famous faces gathered together for the Salvatore Ferregamo Resort 2013 presentation at the Louvre Museum in Paris on a rainy evening on June 12th.

All wore dresses from the Salvatore Ferregamo Fall 2012 collection.

Hilary Swank was lovely in a billowy, black dress with gold embroidery which she wore with a sleek ponytail and strappy heels.

Leighton Meester opted for a blood-red top and skirt combination which she matched with her deep red lip colour, finishing the look with an updo and peep-toes.

Freida Pinto was elegant in an embellished LBD with sheer sleeves.  It was worn with a bun, pink lips and satin pumps.

Hilary Swank in Marc Jacobs - 2012 amfAR Inspiration Gala

Hilary Swank attended the third annual amfAR Inspiration Gala at the New York Public Library in New York City on June 7th.

She looked charming in a Marc Jacobs Resort 2013 dress.  The long white dress featured black lace applique with a thin belt.

She wore it with sleek strands, a clutch and black peep-toes.

Hilary Swank was one of the three ladies who wore Michael Kors last night at the Costume Institute's annual Met Gala.

The dark crimson, silk-chiffon dress with a high-neck, ruching, draping and train was beautiful on Hilary.

Glamorous hair, make-up and accessories perfected her look.

Hilary Swank in Salvatore Ferregamo - The Saint Anne Leonardo da Vinci‘s 'Ultimate Masterpiece'

Hilary Swank attended The Saint Anne Leonardo da Vinci‘s 'Ultimate Masterpiece' event at the Louvre in Paris two days ago.

Since the event was being sponsored by Ferregamo, it figures that she wore a dress from the label's Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

I like the aubergine colour of this pheasant-y dress with bell sleeves and tiers of chiffon fabric but her accessories are too 'heavy' for the look.

And fishnet tights? Why?

The midnight blue dress with sequin covered tulle overlay is pretty hard to not like.

She wore it with side swept tresses, Neil Lane jewels and Louboutins.
