Fergie in Mary Katrantzou - 2013 Kids Choice Awards

A pregnant Fergie wore a colorful dress to the 2013 Kids Choice Awards.

Her Mary Katrantzou fishtank dress had full sleeves and bright floral and marine life prints.  Considering the event, the dress was completely appropriate, even if the colours were a little jarring when Fergie stood against the pink and yellow backdrop.

The look was finished off with equally bright accessories, including the yellow sandals, designed by Fergie herself and a Swarovski clutch.

Katy Perry in Herve Leger - 2013 Kids Choice Awards

Katy Perry attended the 2013 Kids Choice Awards on Saturday night.

The newly single singer wore colourful Herve Leger Pre-Fall 2013 separates that consisted of  a crop, halter neck top and a typical figure hugging pencil skirt.  I loved the vivid print.

She wore it quite simply, with a side-parted hairstyle, Melinda Maria jewelry and black Louboutins.

Michelle Obama in Wes Gordon - 2012 Kids' Choice Awards

So, Michelle Obama attended the KCAs this year with daughters Malia and Sasha.

The First Lady was trendy in a Wes Gordon Spring 2012 silver houndstooth top which she wore with slightly shiny, cropped grey pants.

It's event appropriate and looks put together although I wish she'd opted for the sandals on the model instead of the regular black pumps.

Emma Stone attended the Kids' Choice Awards last night in Antonio Berardi Fall 2012 separates.

She looks wonderful in the pale, blush coloured top and folded skirt but this ensemble demanded colour. 

Like the model, she should have worn a belt. A neat blow-out and Alejandro Ingelmo sandals finished off her look.

Taylor Swift in Maria Lucia Hohan - 2012 Kids' Choice

Taylor Swift brought her wholesome appeal to the Kids' Choice Awards.

She wore a white dress by Maria Lucia Hohan for the event.  I'm glad this isn't a full-length gown but it is quite dull all the same.

She wore her hair in an updo with wispy tendrils to frame her face and completed her look with pink lipstick and gold heels.

Kristen Stewart in Stella McCartney - 2012 Kids' Choice Awards

Kristen Stewart really brightened the orange carpet at the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards.

The actress wore a Stella McCartney Fall 2012 dress which fit in perfectly within her aesthetic: short and fitted.

I never expected her to wear something by Stella McCartney but she pulls off this floral lace dress with ease.  

 I just wish she'd kept the gold belt instead of going for a blue one.  A ponytail and blue Barbara Bui pumps completed her look.

Selena Gomez attended this year's Kids' Choice Awards in an top & skirt by Dolce & Gabbana.

Normally I'd be hating on a crop-top with a skirt at a formal event but Selena totally pulled this Spring 2012 ensemble off.

She completed her look with wavy locks, gold earrings and pink pumps.

Heidi Klum attended the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards looking considerably low-key.

She wore a fitted and full-sleeved white Roland Mouret dress with thigh-high grey boots by the designer too.

The white dress I like but I don't understand why she wore those boots as they look kind of tacky.

Ashley Tisdale in Kymerah - 2012 Kids' Choice Awards

Ashley Tisdale was a mess at this year's Kids' Choice Awards.

 

She wore a dress by Kymerah that had white printed fabric covered by a gauzy pink layer and a high-low hemline along with a black belt of sorts at the waist.

 

The dress has too much going on and looks unfinished.  Those Brian Atwood heels are okay on their own, but they cut off her legs when worn with that dress.  

 

Hair & make-up are slightly tacky too; not her best night.

Kelly Osbourne in Tony Ward - 2012 Kids' Choice Awards

Kelly Osbourne covered the fashion for E! News on the orange carpet at this year's Kids' Choice Awards.

She once more wore a dress by Tony Ward.  This flirty, one-shoulder LBD was the perfect choice seeing as this was a youthful event.

She added colour via her hair, pink lips and Giuseppe Zannoti heels.
