Miranda Kerr in Australia

My style icon, Miranda Kerr has been in Australia for the past week or so, attending to her duties as fashion ambassador for David Jones as well as promoting the products she endorses.

At the annual Autumn-Winter fashion show for David Jones, she attended the red carpet in an amber Dion Lee dress that had a slightly futuristic edge to it.  A messy bun, blushed cheeks and Valentino ankle-strap pumps finished off her look.

The next day, she attended a book signing event at DJs in a Scanlan & Theodore skirt and top, creating an all-black look with her Valentino heels.  The look might seem dull but she made the look interesting by adding a cool accessory, the popular Ryan Storer winged ear cuff (click here for a closer look).

At the Kids Helpline launch event, which she promotes, she looked cute in a printed Peter Pilotto Spring 2013 dress, pairing it with white sandals.

Then for her appearance for Clear Scalp & Hair Beauty, she was all business in another chic LBD, wearing it with Tabitha Simmons 'Ruby' heels and a sparkling necklace.

Scoring another street-style hit, she was spotted in Sydney heading into a meeting wearing a floral Christian Dior Resort 2013 skirt.  She wore it with a dark, almost casual top and ankle-strap nude heels. Miu Miu sunglasses and a white Prada hand bag completed her look.

Emily Blunt in Miu Miu - 2013 Critics' Choice Movie Awards

Emily Blunt was a vision in white at the 2013 Critics' Choice Movie Awards.

The English actress wore a column dress by Miu Miu with a beaded neckline and a hem which just grazed her ankles.

A modern take on old Hollywood hair, along with red lips and gold accessories completed her sultry, modern but classic look.

Miranda Kerr in Willow - David Jones Amex Press Conference

The ever beautiful Miranda Kerr attended the David Jones Amex press conference in Sydney, Australia two days ago.

The supermodel, who is an ambassador for David Jones, also happens to be the face of the Australian airline Quantas.

She looked radiant as always, in a full sleeved white dress with asymmetric lines by the Australian label Willow.  The dress was accessorised with a brown Miu Miu belt.

Glossy hair, gold earrings, bright red lips and blush pink Lanvin pumps completed her look.

Dianna Agron in Prada - 2012 Giffoni Film Festival Photocall

Dianna Agron happily waved to the photographers at the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy on Sunday.

The 'Glee' actress wore a colourful, printed summer dress by Prada which looked completely appropriate for the event.


Dianna completed her look with Miu Miu sunglasses and jeweled flat sandals.

Zooey Deschanel in Carven - FOX Upfront Presentation

Zooey Deschanel attended the 2012 FOX Upfronts for 'New Girl' in NYC.

She wore a Carven Spring 2012 dress that featured a white shirt with a cut-out neck and a flared mini skirt.

Zooey as usual paired it with tights, and wore Miu Miu heels.  I like how she added colour via the pink lipstick, otherwise this look would have been very dull.

Hailee Steinfeld in Miu Miu - 2012 Met Ball

Hailee Steinfeld was in Miu Miu at the 2012 Met Gala.

This was hardly a surprise seeing as Miu Miu and Hailee share a strong relationship.

She looked adorable in the blush silk gown with colourful embroidery and applique.

Chloe Sevigny in Miu Miu - 2012 Met Ball

Chloe Sevigny brought her brand of originality to the red carpet as always.

She wore a Miu Miu dress that was made out of circles and squares of fabrics, all strung together and embellished with mirrors and beads.

If anyone can make a dress like this work on the red carpet, it's Chloe.  She carried a pink clutch and wore sparkly Miu Miu heels.

Emma Watson in Miu Miu - 'Struck By Lightening' Premiere

Emma Watson was in NYC for the Tribeca Film Festival of the movie 'Struck By Lightening'.

She looked cute in separates by Miu Miu.  The white, printed button down was paired with a sky-blue printed short, A-line skirt by Emma and exemplifies a perfect way of mixing prints this season.

She added a touch of edge via the black, leather topper, carried a pink Miu Miu clutch and wore simple peep-toes.  Slicked back hair and red lips gave contrast to the pastel clothes.

Emily Blunt In Miu Miu - 'Salmon Fishing in the Yemen' Cinema Society Screening

Emily Blunt attended the NYC screening of her movie 'Salmon Fishing in the Yemen', sponsored by the Cinema Society and Yves Saint Laurent.

She wore a printed Miu Miu dress and added a thin yellow belt to cinch in at the waist.  It's a simple, laid-back look - fit for a low-key screening.

Emily wore her hair in a neat bun and finished her look with gold earrings, pink lipstick and Miu Miu heels.

Dakota Fanning In Miu Miu - Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Awards

Dakota Fanning attended the Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Awards in a Miu Miu Spring 2012 dress.

The lavender coloured satin dress with a stripe cutout could have washed her out but I like that she added the black head band and clutch.

Nude pointy heels (boring) completed her look.

Kate Bosworth wore a Stella McCartney dress to the Charlie Chaplin Oscar anniversary event.

The navy coloured, full-sleeved fitted dress has embellishments in the front. Kate, as always, looked fantastic with her hair volumised and finished the look off with red Miu Miu pumps.

Reese Witherspoon In Miu Miu - 'This Means War' LA Premiere

Reese Witherspoon wore a Miu Miu dress for the premiere of 'This Means War' held in LA.

She has been doing the strapless, fitted dress routine for a while now and it works in her favour usually.  However, I'm not feeling this midnight blue number with an over-embellished bust.  Her hair also looks disheveled.

Mia Wasikowska In Miu Miu - 2012 AACTA Awards

Mia Wasikowska attended the 2012 AACTA Awards in Sydney wearing a Miu Miu Spring 2012 dress.  This is hardly surprising seeing that she's the face of their Spring campaign (click here).

Mia's dusky rose satin dress with a shirred bodice and white straps is kind of unflattering on her and washes her out.  She did switch up the make-up by adding red lipstick but the stiff hairstyle isn't helping matters. Her shoes are also boring as always.

Just because you're the face of the brand doesn't mean you should wear anything that they make.

It feels so good to not write Rooney Mara & 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' in once sentence... oh wait.  But you know what I mean, right?

Rooney wore a Miu Miu LBD for the National Board of Review Gala in NYC last night.

Yes, it's black, and an LBD... but the YSL shoes are kind of colourful right?

The satin red dress with petal tiers and a high neck looked adorable on the young actress;  I also love her hair accessory, it lends a youthful charm to her look.

A soft updo, and sleek Stuart Weitzman sandals completed her look.

Nicole Richie talked more about her upcoming competition show called 'Fashion Star' in which she'll act as a mentor to designers, at the annual Winter TCA Convention.

The designer wore a glowing Chloé dress with vibrant blue Miu Miu pumps.  I love the entire look.

Rooney Mara jetted off to Berlin, for the premiere of 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'.

For the day photocall, she wore a Miu Miu Spring 2012 ensemble.
 

The lavender coloured cropped top is paired with a black A-line skirt and worked well on Rooney.  She wore it with a ponytail, and black sandals. 

I think it's probably because she's new to the red carpet scene that anything Rooney wears feels fresh.  But I'm ready to see her in new looks now.

Myleene Klass In Miu Miu - Military Awards

Myleene Klass attended the Military Awards in London last night in a Miu Miu Fall 2011 dress.

This collection has been quite popular, with high-street stores emulating the swallow print dresses in particular.

This dandelion print black dress looked predictably elegant on Myleene, and she wore it with casual wavy tresses and suede pumps.

Felicity Jones In Calvin Klein - The Hollywood Reporter's Annual 'Power 100: Women In Entertainment Breakfast'

Felicity Jones stood her ground and continued her wave of brilliant sartorial choices at the THR Breakfast, in a silk crepe Calvin Klein Resort 2012 dress.

I simply love the colour of the dress on her, especially with her dark locks and blue peepers.

Elle Fanning In Miu Miu

Elle Fanning kept things cute and age-appropriate at the DVD release party of her movie, 'Super 8'.

She wore a colour-block Miu Miu sweater, with black trousers and put on black flats with encrusted heels.

It was such a good change to see her in something other than high-fashion garments & custom-made frocks.
