2014 Golden Globes - Green

Green wasn't everywhere on the red carpet this year, but all its appearances packed a visual punch. Green is awesome. End of discussion.

Olivia Wilde chose to wear a deep shade of the colour in this Gucci gown, custom made for her fuller figure.  The column dress with micro sequins also featured a low back and three-quarter sleeves.  She looked amazing, with her ombre locks worn in a tousled style and the barest of make-up on her face.

Julianne Hough in Jenny Packham - 2013 Emmy Awards

Julianne Hough attended the 2013 Emmys with her brother, Derek Hough whose show 'Dancing with the Stars' was nominated in the Outstanding Reality - Competition Program category.

Julianne was pretty as ever in a gorgeous sea foam Jenny Packham Spring 2014 dress. I'm always partial to an off-shoulder neckline so the dress pretty much had me at that. But besides the neckline, I really liked the delicate beading on the dress which has come to be a signature of the designer.

Her look was finished off with a tousled hairstyle, dark eyes and a matching Swarovski clutch.

Kate Winslet in Jenny Packham - 'Labor Day' at 2013 TIFF

A glowing Kate Winslet was in Toronto on Saturday evening for the premiere of her movie 'Labor Day'.

The irony in the name aside, she looked absolutely splendid in a midnight blue Jenny Packham gown, no doubt custom-made for the mother to-be.

A low bun, pink lips, diamonds and a clutch finished out her look.

Adele in Jenny Packham - 2013 Oscars

Adele looked gorgeous on the red carpet at the Oscars.

It was a big night for her, as not only did she perform on stage, she also received the Best Original Song award for 'Skyfall'.  Adele went classic with her approach on the red carpet, in a black number by Jenny Packham.

The embellished, three-quarter dress was worn with a looser hairstyle, which in my opinion made her look younger.  As usual, flawless make-up completed her look.

Jenna Fischer & Angela Kinsey - 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards

Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey of 'The Office', which was nominated for the Outsanding Performance by an Ensemble Cast award, attended the SAGs yesterday.

Jenna wore a short sleeved, black gown with sequins by Jenny Packham.  Blow dried hair and a metallic envelope clutch finished off her look.

Angela Kinsey wore a black gown with spaghetti straps and horizontal panels of lace.  A wavy updo and red lips added interest to her look and she carried a sparkly gold clutch.

Julianne Hough attended the 2013 Warner Bros. and InStyle Post-Golden Globes Party after attending the Globes with Ryan Seacrest.

The actress/dancer changed into a moody pink Jenny Packham Fall 2012 gown for the part, which looked more comfortable than her red carpet choice.

She kept the same hair and make-up.

2013 Art of Elysium Heaven Gala

The annual Art of Elysium Heaven Gala took place in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

Camilla Belle was literally the belle of the ball in one of favourite dresses from the Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2013 collection (see my Pinterest here); the hair, the off-shoulder detail, jewels, it was perfection.

Rachel Bilson took me by surprise in a fun, hot pink, animal-print gown from the Valentino Resort 2013 collection. She really didn't need much to make this look pop so straight hair and minimum make-up were enough.

Anna Kendrick also looked colourful in an emerald green, silk cocktail dress by Christian Dior.  I loved her hairstyle but the black pumps felt so stodgy.  

Amber Heard was elegant in a white Valentino Spring 2013 dress with black flowers and full sleeves.  

Julianne Hough was pretty in a braided updo, bright lips and a Jenny Packham gown.

Krysten Ritter wore a light blue dress from the Alberta Ferretti Spring 2013 gown which, to be honest, washed her out.

Kirsten Dunst wore a Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 dress. I thought the checkered gown looked pretty good on her but looked uncomfortable.

Jaime King posed for the cameras in a bright red, full sleeved red gown.

Kate Middleton in Jenny Packham - Singapore Botanical Gardens Stroll

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have begun their South Asia tour.

The Duchess and her husband were spotted taking a stroll through the beautiful Singapore Botanical Gardens today.

She looked lovely in a light, blush hued Jenny Packham coat dress which had a delicate floral motif on it.  The silhouette is a familiar sight on the Duchess.

She looked very elegant with her hairstyle, pearl earrings, clutch and ivory L K Bennett pumps.

Kristen Bell looked sharp at the premiere of her latest movie 'Hit & Run' in Los Angeles on August 14th.

She wore a black jumpsuit from the Jenny Packham Fall 2012 collection with embellished waist detail and wide pants which highlighted her small waist. 

This was an unexpected look from Kristen, who generally tends to prefer dresses, light colours and girly silhouettes.   Her sleek look comprised of bold eyelashes, Graziela jewels, a Judith Leiber clutch and Jimmy Choos.

Dita Von Teese stepped out on Wednesday for the Dita Von Teese and Cointreau Launch Cointreau Poolside Soirees event in Beverley Hills.

She looked glamorous and summer-ready in an embellished, floral white gown from the Jenny Packham Spring 2012 collection.

We're used to seeing Dita in black so this was a nice change.

Blake Lively in Jenny Packham - 'Late Show with David Letterman' Appearance

Blake Lively visited 'David Letterman' last week as she continues to promote 'Savages'.

She wore a light, blush hued Jenny Packham Fall 2012 dress.  This dress had a crystal embellished key-hole neckline and shoulders.  

I have to admit, I wasn't so taken with this dress when I first saw it, but it is beautiful on Blake.  Her hair was worn in an half up, half down style and she completed the look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and sparkling Louboutin pumps.

Kristen Bell attended this year's Guys Choice Awards in a Jenny Packham Spring 2012 dress.

This pale lime green dress was light and breezy, quite a contrast to the black dresses of the evening.  She looked lovely.

Wavy hair, dewy make-up and nude Jimmy Choo sandals completed her light look.  So glad she isn't wearing pumps.

After the closing ceremony Diane Kruger changed into a Jenny Packham Fall 2012 dress for the Winners Dinner at the Cannes Film Festival.

The cream and black dress with full sleeves was a more subdued and comfortable choice for her and she looked relaxed by the side of boyfriend Joshua Jackson.

She kept her hair and make-up the same for the evening.

The Duchess of Cambridge made jaws drop at the BOA Olympic Concert, which she attended with her husband, Prince William.

She looked spectacular in a teal Jenny Packham Spring 2012 dress.  The dress boasted a pleated front, skirt,cap-sleeves and a lace-covered back with a waist-defining ribbon.

The colour was unexpected, as was the hairstyle - the braided updo is elegant and makes the details of the dress stand out.  Kohl-rimmed eyes, diamond earrings and a matching clutch were the finishing touches.

Kate Hudson wore a Jenny Packham gown to this year's White House Correspondants' Dinner in Washington D.C.

She looked stunning in the sequined purple column gown with a boat neckline and embellished cuffs.  

Kate doesn't attend many glitzy events but when she does, she always leaves her mark.  I love everything about her look, from the high bun to the make-up, jewelery and clutch.

Kate Winslet exuded A-List glamour and class at the London premiere of 'Titanic 3D'.

The actress wore a Jenny Packham dress with embellished cap sleeves, a plunging neckline and a train.  It looks incredibly gorgeous on her and takes us back to old Hollywood.

Kate wore her hair in a chic hairstyle and completed the look with classic red lips.

Miley Cyrus attended Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night XIII with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth last night in Phoenix, Arizona.

Miley wore a Jenny Packham Spring 2012 dress for the event - for once, I fully like her look from head to toe.

The soft peach coloured halter dress with scalloped lace piping and an uneven hem looks great against her hair and skin tone.

January Jones wore a Jenny Packham Fall 2012 dress to The Paley Centre for Media's Paleyfest honouring her show 'Mad Men'.

The pale blue colour of the embellished dress is perfect for spring so I wasn't overjoyed to see her wearing black tights AND heels.

Her hair is also streaked light pink which was off-putting with such an ornate dress.

The burlesque beauty looked great in the soft pink gown with embellished silver cap sleeves, a cut out neckline and keyhole bodice.

I'm glad she wore this dress in the pink hue, as the nude would not have stood out on her pale skin tone. Curly hair and trademark deep red lips completed her look.
