Naomie Harris joined a number of ladies who opted for a lovely, bright colour at tonight's BAFTA awards.
She wore a custom pink Gucci dress with clean lines - the deep v-neckline and leg slit were nicely balanced by the demure three-quarter sleeves and the black waist band.
I loved her accessories too, including those fantastic Christian Louboutin 'Miss Rigidaine' pumps which were showcased to perfection. Naomie also wore large Cartier earrings and carried a Rauwolf clutch.

Lupita Nyong'o won the Best Supporting Actress award for '12 Years a Slave' last night.
She was also the best dressed lady of the night, a unanimous agreement on all social networking sites and media. Her turquoise Gucci dress with a floral neckline was a dream.
The colour worked wonders on her smooth, glowing skin and I liked how she kept up with colour through her make-up. My best dressed!

Green wasn't everywhere on the red carpet this year, but all its appearances packed a visual punch. Green is awesome. End of discussion.
Olivia Wilde chose to wear a deep shade of the colour in this Gucci gown, custom made for her fuller figure. The column dress with micro sequins also featured a low back and three-quarter sleeves. She looked amazing, with her ombre locks worn in a tousled style and the barest of make-up on her face.
Jennifer Lawrence picked up her Best Supporting Actress trophy for 'American Hustle' in a Christian Dior Fall 2013 gown. The strapless white dress with two black waistbands had a familiar silhouette but Jennifer updated the look with her pixie hairstyle, those emerald earrings by Neil Lane and the burgundy lip colour.
Julia Roberts, who stars in the critically lauded feature, 'August: Osage County', attended the 2014 Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards gala last night.
She wore a modest Gucci dress with an animal print and a gold embellished hemline. I like the three-quarter sleeves in this instance too (they've become a bit of a go-to for Julia recently) and the lace edges.
A side swept hairstyle, Roger Vivier clutch and black pumps by Gucci (could have easily been swapped for a more interesting pair) finished her look.

Blake Lively, who attended the Gucci Spring 2014 presentation in Milan, wore a piece straight off the runway at the Beauty in Wonderland event.
The entire Gucci Spring 2014 collection consisted of luxe, sport-chic looks and this jumpsuit was no different. However, I'm just not feeling it on Blake, who always stuns in ladylike, form fitting clothes.
An updo and glossy make-up complimented the jumpsuit and technically she did look good, she just didn't own the look like she normally does.

Olivia Wilde has been a busy bee at this year's Toronto Film Festival, with the actress attending multiple events during the week for her movie 'Rush'.
She promoted 'Rush' at Holt Renfrew in a Gucci Resort 2014 look. I love the cool green hue and the laid-back nature of those pants, but those nude Louboutin pumps have no business here.
At the premiere, she picked a sexy Roland Mouret Resort 2014 sheath dress with a straight cut bodice and shoulder straps and matching accessories.
Then at the Moroccan Oil and Variety Studio event, she wore an ensemble by Marios Schwab. For me, this look was the one that lacked the punch that the previous two looks packed.

Jessica Chastain posed for the cameras in the media room at the Chime For Change: The Sound Of Change Live Concert in London; Chime for Change is a community of people working to promote education, health, and justice for girls and women.
Jessica wore an LBD with a lace neckline and three-quarter sleeves from the Gucci Fall 2013 collection.
The dress was worn with tousled locks and barely there make-up; she also wore spiked Louboutin pumps to add an edge.

Zoe Saldana wore Gucci to the Chime For Change: The Sound Of Change Live Concert held in London.
It was a Fall 2013 top for her. The structured black top with strong shoulders and peplum waist was worn with black leather pants by Zoe, along with simple strappy sandals.
An updo, and a gold cuff completed her look.

Blake Lively attended the Chime For Change: The Sound Of Change Live Concert in London.
Blake, of course, wore a white hot cape dress by Gucci with pink Lorraine Schwartz bling and cap-toe pink pumps by Christian Louboutin.
I like the pink/white/turquoise colour combination but the hairstyle just doesn't cut it - it ages her unnecessarily, I think a straight, sleek ponytail would have suited her better.

Florence Welch got it right at the Chime For Change: The Sound Of Change Live Concert in London.
The singer wore a raspberry hued pant suit by Gucci that she wore with the perfect accessories.
An animal-print clutch and flats finished her smart-casual look.

Freida Pinto attended the Chime For Change: The Sound Of Change Live Concert in London tonight.
The Indian actress wore a white pant suit by Gucci with black details and a black vest. While I loved her suit (white on white is my favourite Spring/Summer trend), the red lips just didn't feel right somehow.
Sleek sandals and a ponytail finished off the head-to-toe Gucci look.

At the Chime For Change: The Sound Of Change Live Concert, both Salma Hayek & Beyonce Knowles wore Gucci dresses.
Salma stuck to her usual mantra of a well fitted sheath dress - her teal blue leather v-neck dress was stunning on the Mexican actress.
Frida Giannini, who is Gucci's creative head, wore a Gucci Pre-Fall 2013 sparkly suit and looked low-key yet glamorous.
Beyonce wore a shimmering snakeskin print dress with metallic peep-toe boots; not a fan of the hair and dark, vampy lips.

Aishwarya Rai scored another success tonight, for the seventh night of the Cannes film festival and the premiere of 'Cleopatra'.
After two neutral toned looks, Aishwarya gave us a zing of colour via her teal Gucci dress with a structured bodice and a draped silk one shoulder and skirt.
The colour was simply amazing on her, and I loved the lightly applied eye make-up that let her blue eyes shine and the contrasting bubblegum pink lip colour. She also wore her hair in a high bun with quite intricate details, it certainly added extra drama to her look.

Last night, Zoe Saldana made an appearance at the screening of a short series called 'Life is Amazing', presented by The Weinstein Company in Cannes.
The stylish actress wore a dark, laid-back, loose silk Lanvin Fall 2013 dress to the event, accessorised with a diamond bracelet, wavy locks, pink lips, red nails and Gucci sandals.
It was the perfect choice for a screening.

Freida Pinto stood out, positively glowing, in a unique, custom-made Gucci Spring 2013 gown at the opening ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival.
A representative of L'Oreal, Freida looked lovely in the halter and cross-neck gown in a divine blossom pink hue. The gold waist-band added a lot of visual interest, as did her braided updo.
She finished off the look with eyeliner, pink lips and gold earrings.

The beautiful Rosie Huntington Whiteley opted for something other than Burberry, at the 2013 Costume Institute Gala.
She wore a black and gold Gucci Fall 2013 dress that had a fishnet bodice covered in colorful feather motifs and a chartreuse silk skirt that resembled liquid gold.
Rosie wore her hair back to show off her fine features and finished off her look with red lips and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

After missing last year's Met Ball, Blake Lively made a triumphant return to the red carpet in New York City.
The 'Gossip Girl' beauty wore a strapless, dove grey gown by Gucci Premiere with a feather train and motifs, accented with silver. Heavily lashed eyes and nude lips, along with a bumped ponytail finished her look.
I adore her look, welcome back, queen of the red carpet Blake.

Olivia Wilde looked beautiful at the premiere of 'The Incredible Burt Wonderstone', held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, LA.
She wore a black dress from the Gucci Pre-Fall 2013 collection. The dress featured a plunging neckline covered in a netted fabric and lace.
Her hair was wavy and pinned behind her ear and the look was completed with smokey eyes, and glossy light pink lips, along with Charlotte Olympia heels.

Jennifer Garner supported Ben Affleck once more, at this year's last awards ceremony.
She wore a custom-made gown by Gucci for the event; this particular shade of purple pops up on the red carpet almost every year, whether it's on Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman or Scarlet Johansson.
Jennifer was gorgeous of course, and wore her ruffle back gown with a messy updo and a beautiful necklace by Neil Lane.
