Jessica Alba in Versace & Narciso Rodriguez - 2013 Guys Choice Awards

Jessica Alba was my absolute favourite at the Guys Choice Awards, held on Saturday night at the Sony Pictures Studios in Hollywood.

On the red carpet, Jessica was a siren in a bright, canary yellow mini by Versace with a croc-skin effect.  She paired it with equally bright yet sleek tangerine Celine pumps; a retro hairstyle and a pink lip colour completed her look.

Backstage, Jessica changed into a simple, two-tone sheath by one of her favourites, Narciso Rodriguez. The hairstyle remained unchanged, she only painted her lips a red shade.

Jessica's style has changed quite a bit since she became a mother, but sometimes at events like these, her old 'sexy' self comes out to say hello. I'm sure the guys don't mind.

Jessica Alba in Tory Burch - 2013 Met Ball

Perennial fashion favourite Jessica Alba once again mixed it up, this time at the Met Gala.

Jessica wore a leather and lace dress with cut-outs in the bodice, by Tory Burch.  I don't see that signature Tory Burch stamp anywhere on this dress but Jessica sure looked good!

An edgy top-knot and jewelry added to the look; I love her earrings.

Jessica Alba in Louis Vuitton - 'Escape from Planet Earth' Premiere

Jessica Alba wore a dress from the Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2013 collection to the LA premiere of her upcoming, animated movie called 'Escape from Planet Earth'.

She looked lovely and even-appropriate, considering it's a children's movie but the shoulder bag felt a little odd.

Jessica finished off her look with wavy hair, tights and sparkly Louis Vuitton pumps.

Jessica Alba in Elie Saab - 2013 Producers' Guild Awards

The Producers' Guild Awards took place in Beverley Hills, California last night.

Jessica Alba, who attended the event with her husband Cash Warren, wore a stunning Elie Saab Fall 2012 Couture dress.  The black lace confection featured full-sleeved lace sleeves, a portrait neckline and shimmering embellishments.  

A bright lip colour added a punch to her look, but not a fan of her ombre hair.

Jessica Alba worked the black and white out of her checkered Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 dress at the 2013 Warner Bros. and InStyle Post-Golden Globes Party.

While Jess looked good in the dress that she wore with a side ponytail and bright lips, I have a feeling this collection is going to get tiresome too soon.

2013 Golden Globes - Red/Pink

Apart from black, red was the boldest shade of the night, and there were a few shades of pink and maroon too.

Jessica Alba was just gorgeous in a melon coloured Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2013 gown.  The gown fit her like a glove and highlighted her curves.

Her styling was just as impeccable.  Wavy locks, bright lips, a diamond neck piece by Harry Winston and a flirty, feathered Roger Vivier clutch in a dark orange shade.

Jessica Alba in Narciso Rodriguez - Street Style

Jessica Alba was spotted leaving a building in New York City last week looking beyond amazing.

She was wearing a white Narciso Rodriguez Resort 2013 dress with thin shoulder straps and multi-colour stripes.  I can't describe how sleek the entire look is.

Her hair was pulled back into a wet bun, she sported blue shades, hot pink nail polish and wore two-tone pumps by Narciso Rodriguez.  This is why Jessica is constantly on best dressed lists.

Jessica Alba was in attendance at the Atelier Versace Fall 2012 presentation in Paris yesterday evening.

She worked a tough look in a black, strapless dress with a rounded bodice and crystals from the Versace Fall 2012 collection.  Jess doesn't do dark looks a lot so it's nice to see her change it up once in a while.

She completed the look with curled hair, dark eye make-up and pointy Versace pumps.

Jessica Alba attended the 2012 Plush event in LA on June 10th.

She looked lovely in a sleeveless, dotted Tory Burch day-dress; it was worn with soft, wavy hair, plum coloured lips and orange wedged heels.  Love this easy, breezy look.

Jessica Alba in Narciso Rodriguez - Montblanc International Gala

Jessica Alba traveled to Beijing from London for Friday evening's Montblanc international gala, held in Beijing, China.  The gala celebrated the opening of Montblanc's largest store.

Jess looked sleek in a white Narciso Rodriguez dress with side cut outs and a portrait neckline. It's fresh and weather appropriate and I liked the way she styled it.

A smooth, neat bun and glowing make-up really enhanced the look, along with the jewelery, white clutch and criss-cross sandals. Love the pop of red nail paint.

Jessica Alba was present at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday night.

She wore a black lace and ruffle Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 dress with pleated tiers.  It is a pretty dress but felt dark and heavy for the warm weather.

Also, the dark lips and nails trend is being overdone at the moment.  It's a pretty trend but more appropriate for fall.

Jessica Alba in Carven & Narciso Rodriguez - 2012 Outstanding Mother Awards

While she was in NYC, Jessica Alba attended the Big City Moms' Biggest Shower Ever event, followed by the Outstanding Mother Awards.

For the day, she wore a Carven Spring 2012 blouse with a lemon yellow A-line skirt.  I love the blouse and the skirt but why she wore them with so much black is beyond me.  Lose the blazer and tights and you have a winner.  An updo, Giuseppe Zanotti cap-toe heels and a Proenza Schouler PS1 satchel were the finishing touches.

In the evening, Jess wore a grey Narciso Rodriguez Pre-Fall 2012 dress.  The A-line dress is a staple for her and suits her well.  I love how she wore it with marigold Giuseppe Zanotti pumps, thereby picking up the colour from the dress.

Jessica Alba in Michael Kors - 2012 Met Ball

Jessica Alba wore a Michael Kors dress to this year's Met Gala.

The deep gold, lame gown with one-shoulder and pleats was incredible on Jessica; the way it fit her really highlighted her tiny waist too.

She wore it with glossy, wavy hair swept to the side.  Romantic make-up, gold earrings and a clutch completed her mesmerising look.

Jessica Alba in Tommy Hilfiger - Tommy Hilfiger Tokyo Store Opening

Jessica Alba was in Tokyo on Monday night, for the opening of the Tommy Hilfiger flagship store; Mr. Hilfiger was also present.

Keeping things simple, she wore a black pant-suit (by Tommy Hilfiger, of course) with a white button down. 

On this occasion, she left her hair down in a side-parting, but I think I would've liked to see a bun to take the look one step further.  Those Giuseppe Zannoti pumps aren't doing anything for the look either.

Jessica Alba in Giambattista Valli - Conde Nast Traveler Hot List Party

Jessica Alba attended the annual Conde Nast Traveller Hot List Party two nights ago; click here to see celebs at last year's event.

It was a simple Giambattista Valli dress for her, which had a short sleeved top and a tiered skirt.  She paired it with tights which was not something I would've done, especially as the neon Roger Vivier sandals are so great.

A ponytail, a slick of pink lipstick and hoop earrings completed her look.  Looks like hoop earrings are making a mini comeback.

Kate Spade New York Celebrates Brad Goreski's 'Born to Be Brad: My Life and Style, So Far'

Jessica Alba, Mandy Moore and Minka Kelly all stepped out to celebrate Hollywood stylist, Brad Goreski's new book called 'Born to Be Brad: My Life and Style, So Far' with the help of Kate Spade New York (Brad is an exclusive brand stylist for the label).

Jessica Alba looked fashion forward in colour-block separates by Kate Spade New York (heavily influenced by Brad Goreski's personal style, it seems). She threw on a soft leather jacket, a yellow bag and cap-toe Giuseppe Zannoti pumps to complete her fabulous look.

Mandy Moore wore a Lela Rose Spring 2012 dress to the do - in comparison to Jessica's outfit, this white dress with a peplum just doesn't stand a chance.  To worsen the look further, she wore those clunky black pumps.  She also carried a bright Kate Spade New York clutch but it seemed like an after thought.

Minka Kelly looked Spring-ready, in a poppy-print Kate Spade New York dress that had flirty sleeves; Minka kept things simple as always, just putting on Sergio Rossi pumps to finish her look.

Jessica Alba was a presenter at the 3rd annual DVF Awards, held in NYC on Friday.

Jess wore a full sleeved, pale pink sequined dress by Diane von Furstenberg for the event.

The low-key dress is perfect as it isn't attention grabbing but still event appropriate.  Jessica completed the look with black tights,and Christian Louboutin pumps.

Jessica Alba & Tilda Swinton at the Lanvin Show - Paris Fashion Week

The gorgeous Jessica Alba attended the Lanvin Fall 2012 runway show in Paris, wearing a one-sleeve silk dress from the Spring 2012 collection.  The two-tone dress also features embellishments. 

Jess wore it with a simple bun and black pumps.

Tilda Swinton also graced the show.  The actress wore a two-tone burgundy dress that featured full sleeves, draping and a belt.  Matching sandals completed the look.

Jessica Alba In Carolina Herrera - V-Day Cocktails & Conversation Event

Jessica Alba wore a Carolina Herrera cocktail dress to a charity benefit in Hollywood on Tuesday.

The persimmon dutch satin dress works wonders on Jessica's skintone & brown hair.  My only complain is that it's a little too snug around her waist and the satin is creased because of that.

A golden box clutch & black and white peep-toes completed her look.  I'm hoping that Jess is attending the Oscars this weekend, she always lands in my best-dressed list!

Eva Longoria attended a ball in a Monique Lhuillier Spring 2012 gown.  The black gown with lace covered panels looked elegant on Eva.

Minka Kelly wore a red dress by Nonoo to a Bacardi event.  She opted for nude Brian Atwood pumps what a surprise.  Seriously, she needs a shoe-vention!

Jessica Alba made an appearance on 'The Wendy Williams Show' wearing a printed Anna Sui dress with tights and pumps. She never puts a stylish foot wrong!

Kristen Bell appeared on 'Good Day L.A.' in a colourful ensemble of a red blouse tucked into a floral Vanessa Bruno skirt.  Loving the colours but the black pumps are kind of killing this look.

 Ashley Tisdale attended the premiere of 'Journey 2: The Mysterious Island' in a one-shoulder lace dress by Nightcap with a scalloped hem.  The dress is good, the styling is boring and honestly, a little tacky. 

Ashley Greene wore a purple shift by DKNY for Lucky magazine cover party.  The understated yet chic look works on Ashley.

 Miranda Kerr was spotted outside the Sydney Opera House in a printed silk dress that she wore with a thin belt & burgundy pumps.  I love this fresh, business-chic look.

Olivia Palermo strolled around NYC in a signature mix and match ensemble of a leather top, topped with a fur gilet and paired with leggings, suede boots.  The printed scarf and textured handbag add interest to the look.

 

Emmy Rossum wore a heart-print Anna Sui dress for Ashley Greene's Lucky magazine cover party - it's perfect for Valentine's Day no?

Michelle Obama wore a sparkly Michael Kors sweater with an icey blue J. Crew skirt for a TV appearance. Love the beaded belt and pink pumps!
