Helen Mirren in Escada - 2014 Screen Actors Guild Awards

Helen Mirren looked better than ever at the 2014 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The British legend, who was nominated for and won the Best Actress in a Miniseries award, looked splendid in a black, full sleeved Escada Pre-Fall 2014 dress with gold embroidery and a big satin bow at the waist.

Matching earrings by Neil Lane and red lips were the finishing touches, along with the black Brian Atwoods.

Brie Larson in Escada - 2014 Critics' Choice Movie Awards

Brie Larson, from '21 Jump Street' & 'Spectacular Now', attended this year's Critics' Choice Movie Awards.

The actress wore a sweet dark blue lace Escada Resort 2014 gown with short sleeves and a full skirt, which had a touch a Erdem about it.

It was a simple affair all in all, consisting of her hair being tied in a bun, smokey eyes for some drama and a black clutch.

Emma Roberts in Escada - 2012 Met Ball

Emma Roberts wore an Escada gown to this year's Met Gala.

The marigold yellow dress lit up the entire tent. The dress also featured a sweetheart neckline, a flared peplum waist and a dark blue belt.

Emma doesn't do bold colours a lot so it was lovely to see her in this.

Heidi Klum in Escada - 2012 Met Ball

Heidi Klum attended the Met Ball last night in a custom Escada dress.

The dark blue, lacy dress had a romantic and gothic feel to it, especially because of the ornate Lorraine Schwartz necklace.  I like this look on Heidi as it's something new from her.

Centre parted hair, neutral make-up and Louboutins completed her look.  I would have loved to see her pairing this dress with a bright pink lip colour.

Bar Refaeli in Escada

Spotted: Bar Refaeli in NYC for the launch of the new Escada fragrance.

She wore a woven black jacket & leather cigarette pants by the label from the Resort 2012 Collection.
Can't say I'm a fan of her tummy showing - she should have worn a tank top underneath; and those lace-up booties aren't quite working either - plain black boots/strappy sandals would have worked better.

At The Met Ball!

Eva Men
des wore a pleated dress in a royal blue colour, with a gold belt by Stella McCartney. The colour looks beautiful on her and I love this dress!

Ginnifer Goo
dwin wore... Topshop! Unbelievable, really but the green dress does look nice on her and I like the splashes of blue and violet in the form of the accessories.
Jennifer Lopez wore a raspberry coloured Gucci dress. The shoulder detail adds drama to the look, appropriate for the event but the dress would've looked nicer without it.

Beyonce worke
d those famous curves in the tight fitted Pucci dress. It's ornate and dramatic and very, very Beyonce.
Isabel Lucas and Leighton Meester represented Louis Vuitton on the red carpet.

Isabel's pink gown isn't all that exciting but that hea
dwear is full of drama!

Leighton Meester's hea
d to toe black look felt boring, the only interesting aspect being the earrings.

Lea Michelle looke
d lovely in a taffeta Escada gown in a vibrant colour, and I loved the earrings and clutch! I wish Lea had posed with more confidence, she looks a little confused! It's fair, with this being her first year at the Met Ball and all I guess.

Evan Rachel Woo
d brought gothic in a deep plum coloured Gucci dress, it's pretty safe and dull.

Renee Zellwegger showe
d up in her go to label, Carolina Herrera. The nude gown with a back drop fits her like a glove but I'm not loving the crystal beading on the sides - makes the dress look a little costume-ish.

Jennifer Hu
dson continues her wave of great looks! She wore Vera Wang for the evening and looked lovely!

Kirsten Dunst brought her usual kooky (in this case, kind of ugly) in this Chanel frock. It's just not pretty. Neither are those pointy rosette shoes.

Freida Pinto attempted an androgynous look in this silk Chanel gown. It's not particularly Freida's style but she looks good, the red lipstick adds a little something to the entire look.

Kerry Washington stood out in a powder blue Escada gown with cut outs. It looks great on her!

Amy Adams tried a silent-film era look in this L'Wren Scott number. The print is isn't the prettiest and the make up didn't quite work for her, but kudos to her for trying out a different look.

Demi Moore and Ciara both wore Prabal Gurung. Both the dresses had feathered trains (which I'm personally not a fan of) but out of the two, I'm leaning more towards Ciara's icy hued gown.

Elizabeth Banks wore a glitzy golden Tommy Hilfiger gown, with sideswept hair and red lips, nice!

Naomi Watts too wore Stella McCartney, it looks good on her and I like the subtle, sheer part near the bottom of the dress.

Lucy Liu's feathered Vionnet dress was also not a favourite of mine, the feathers' placements are off putting.

Penelope Cruz looked gorgeous in a long trained Oscar de la Renta dress with soft wavy hair and diamonds.
Liv Tyler wore a piece from the lovely Givenchy Couture collection. The swan-inspired dress with a pale neon yellow feathers worked perfectly on her!

Mary Kate Olsen also wore Givenchy. The red and green dress fit in with her boho style but I wish MK would get out of this boho phase already!
