Amanda Seyfried in Lanvin - Cle de peau Beaute Promotional Event

Amanda Seyfried travelled to Tokyo, Japan, as the face of Cle de peau, for a promotional event for the brand.

She wore a Lanvin dress for the event, from the metallics filled Spring 2014 collection.  For me, the long sleeved lave dress with a gold underlay and a full skirt felt a bit 'heavy' for the season and the event in question.  A lighter, crisp design would have worked better.

Amanda looked beautiful nonetheless, wearing her hair in a bun to let her face shine, she finished the look with nude Rupert Sanderson heels.

Amanda Seyfried in Tibi & Balmain - 'Lovelace' Promotional Tour

Amanda Seyfried is doing promotional appearances for her latest venture, titled 'Lovelace'.

For a press conference in NY, Amanda wore a simple grey knit dress by Tibi with a flared skirt, styling it simply with her glossy mane of hair and ankle-strap black sandals by Givenchy.

Then for the 'David Letterman' appearance, Amanda wore an 80s inspired Balmain top and skirt with a baby pink and white houndstooth pattern.  It was worn with white pumps, which for me just ruined this look.

Amanda Seyfried, the new face of Givenchy 'Very Irresistable' perfume, walked the red carpet at the 2013 Met Ball wearing Givenchy couture.

Her Spring 2007 couture gown featured full sleeves, a bold print and a train.  Amanda's make-up was simply beautiful, with the cat-eyes and nude lips.

Amanda Seyfried in Alexander McQueen - 2013 Oscars

Amanda Seyfried attended the Oscars on Sunday night; her movie 'Les Miserables' was nominated in several categories.

After quite a good promotional tour for the movie, I was expecting to see her finish it off with a bang. Unfortunately, her bespoke Alexander McQueen dress failed to generate anything like that.

Not that the high-neck, halter pale lavender gown with embroidery was bad as a dress - it just didn't feel dramatic enough for this event.  I also wasn't crazy about her hairstyle, but it managed to show the neckline.

Anne Hathaway & Amanda Seyfried - Pre-Oscar Parties

The pre-Oscar week saw Anne Hathaway and Amanda Seyfried attending two different parties.

Anne attended the bash thrown by Vanity Fair, where she wore a Theyskens' Theory sequin shift dress with a vegan jacket and gold heels.

In comparison, her 'Les Miserables' co-star, Amanda Seyfried looked colourful in a refreshing blue frock by Christian Dior, worn with matching heels and pink lips.

I don't know about you, but I am more excited to see what Amanda brings to the red carpet this year, Anne just seems to have lost her edge.

Amanda Seyfried in Elie Saab - 2013 Berlin Film Festival

Amanda Seyfried attended the premiere of her movie 'Lovelace' during the Berlin Film Festival.

She was beautiful in a royal blue Elie Saab Spring 2013 dress with tiers of lace and cap sleeves.  I wish the dress was more fitted around her knees, like on the model, rather than the column shape.

But her hair and make-up was flawless.

Amanda Seyfried looked absolutely gorgeous at the 2013 SAG Awards.

The 'Les Miserables' actress wore a beautiful, ink blue Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2013 gown to the event with a fitted bodice and a burst of tiered layers at the hem which looked like sea waves.

I was in love with her entire look and the styling was flawless too.  Tumbling, glossy hair, kohl rimmed eyes and an ice-blue Lorraine Schwartz pendant completed the classic look.

Amanda Seyfried turned to colour in a sea of black dresses at the 2013 Producers' Guild Awards.

It was a bright orange silk Roland Mouret Resort 2013 dress for her, with a black waistband and a draped neckline.  Straight, side-parted locks and Cathy Waterman earrings, along with a Judith Leiber clutch and ankle-strap Jimmy Choo sandals completed her look.

2013 Golden Globes - Neutrals

Anne Hathaway led the way for the ladies in white/neutral shades.  The Golden Globe winning actress wore a simple but beautiful Chanel Spring 2009 Couture gown.  

The pure white, strapless dress had a beautiful texture which played up nicely in pictures. Anne decided to keep her look almost jewelry-less, with fine Chanel studs and earrings.

2013 BAFTA Tea Party

The annual BAFTA tea party took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in LA this weekend.

Sienna Miller was radiant in a light pink Valentino Spring 2013 dress with beading. Her signature, tousled blonde hair counteracted the sweetness of the dress nicely. Nude Christian Louboutin heels didn't take attention away from the dress.

Thandie Newton looked lovely as ever, in a lavender dress from the Temperley London Spring 2013 collection. 

Amanda Seyfried in Marios Schwab - 2013 Critics' Choice Movie Awards

Amanda Seyfried attended the Critics' Choice Movie Awards in a Marios Schwab Spring 2013 dress.

Amanda likes taking risks on the red carpet so naturally, she shunned the usual pretty frock in favour of this teal cocktail dress with a lace bodice and a pleated, asymmetric skirt.

Her hair was swept up in a dramatic high bun and the rest of the look was completed with Roger Vivier heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

Amanda Seyfried in Givenchy - 2012 Tony Awards

Amanda Seyfried shocked me at this year's Tony Awards, held at the Beacon Theatre in New York City.

She donned a slip-dress from the Givenchy Fall 2012 collection; the purple, beaded dress with thin shoulder straps came with the (orange?) belt.  

I think I was shocked as we're very used to seeing Amanda in sweet, pretty looks and this was bold and almost provocative, especially when her facial expression is taken into account.

She wore it with a ponytail, bright red lips, a red clutch and Fred Leighton jewels, along with the very popular Givenchy sandals.  I would have liked this dress better, had it been worn with a black blazer at a party, rather than a red carpet event.

For a photocall in Berlin, Amanda wore a simple royal blue Lyn Devon dress with side cutouts and a very on-trend below the knee hemline.

She smartly put on nude pumps to lengthen her legs as longer hemlines make one appear shorter.

A neat blowout and a light coral lipstick completed her daytime look.
